It is such a pleasure to be able to give Mark Honabach our highest praise and to unconditionally recommend his services to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction. It would be impossible to exaggerate how wonderful it was working with Mark and having him to guide us through the confusing and sometimes exasperating experience of selling a house. When Mark is your realtor, you don't just get someone who puts a sign in your front yard and shows up on occasion to show your house. It is a total package of services focusing on every detail required to make your house stand out in a competitive market and get the best offer in the shortest amount of time.
I will tell you that I got an immediate response to my first query even though I initially emailed him on a holiday. He arranged to come by the house and he went from room to room making notes and telling me how to stage each area to maximize its potential. He had a list of contractors who could provide services that I needed and they did the work well, in a timely fashion and were reasonably priced. Plus, Mark followed up with them to make sure that the work was done quickly. Mark presented our house in a very impressive manner. The video he made and the online photographs that he took and arranged on the website brought in a large number of potential buyers, provided two very fast offers, and then he handled negotiations to ensure that we got the best possible price.
Mark checked in with us frequently to make sure we knew what was going on and to find out if we had any questions or concerns.
His care and diligence didn't stop there although that was quite enough. He found us a realtor in Virginia, and that really helped us a great deal.
It is obvious that Mark is not only the very best at what he does, he also loves it! Nothing was ever too much trouble, no obstacle prevented us from moving forward and he made every effort to make sure that the process was a smooth and convenient as it could be for us. I know that he is busier than anyone else I have ever met, yet he gave us the kind of attention and assistance that would make one think that we were his only clients. It was very impressive.

I purchased my first and, up until this year, my only home in 1973 in Wenonah. Over the next 39 years, my wife and I spent thousands of both dollars and hours of sweat equity in renovating, updating and improving the property to make it our home. We felt we had created a truly unique and special place, much the same as everyone else feels about their property.
While being a modest house (3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath), we found that it was time to downsize our lives and decided to place the home for sale. Over the years, though having never personally met Mark Honabach, we knew of him from his many numerous yellow Weichert signs that popped up throughout Wenonah. His reputation for honesty, dedication and vast real estate knowledge was well known. Our only concern was, with so many listings on his plate, “our” special property receive the time and attention that we felt it warranted.
I called my son, who, until moving to California in 2011, was a realtor in South Jersey, to ask his opinion and express this concern. He told me, “Dad, I was only ever had one deal with Mark, but I must tell you, he worked with me on a small Westville property that was only listed for $50,000, but you would of thought it was a million dollar estate. He worked as hard to sell that place, even knowing it was a split commission, as anyone I have ever had dealings with. Definitely have him list your house.”
Concern resolved. In fact, shortly after listing with Mark, we left the county for a month’s vacation. Prior to leaving we had already had several showings and some not-really serious offers. While away, he continued showing the house, and kept in contact with us via email and text. The next thing I knew, the eventual buyers had negotiated and made a signed offer through Mark, and he was shrinking down the 16 page legal-sized contact to 8 ½ X 11 and faxing it to our hotel in Italy for our signatures. Needless to say, the rest of our trip was even more enjoyable.
We cannot say enough good things about our relationship with Mark and the extremely professional and conscientiousness efforts he put forth selling our home. Feel free to contact us if there are any questions or concerns you might have.
